Residential Services
Red River Human Services Foundation (RRHSF) offers a full range of residential services. Supports range from minimal supports to 24/7. Supports are based on a person’s needs, desires, and goals. RRHSF supports children and parents in their homes, adults living in their own homes and apartments, and people who need a higher level of supports to include Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF).

Family Support Services
Family Support Services (FSS) provides support to children and their families. The program provides opportunities for social and developmental growth through educational activities, physical assistance, and play. Families are provided respite opportunities to address the needs of the entire family. RRHSF provides FSS supports in both Fargo and Wahpeton.

Independent Habilitation
Independent habilitation provides support with independent living skills to people eighteen (18) years of age or older who have intellectual disabilities. The program is designed to identify and minimize barriers that may make it difficult for people to live independently by providing support with independent living skills. RRHSF provides support in both Fargo and Wahpeton.

Residential Habilitation
Residential Habilitation provides support for people with intellectual disabilities in a shared home setting. Staff support people with community integration, social, leisure and daily living skills.

Intermediate Care Facilities for People with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID)
Intermediate Care Facilities for People with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) programs provide supports to people to maintain their current levels of activity. Services are intended to provide family living opportunities for people to function as independently as possible.
